If your pet is staying in a suite but displays extreme anxiety, vocalization, or any kind of destructive behavior, they will need to be moved into a standard run or possibly another quiet area. We also require that all pets boarding in suites be well potty trained. If there are excessive eliminations in their suite during their stay we will need to move them to other accommodations for sanitary reasons. Any changes in accommodation will be communicated to you promptly and reflected on your invoice at pick up.
Creature Comforts Inn will no longer allow bones and toys to be brought in. This is to prevent destruction and loss of belongings, to maintain the cleanliness of the kennels, and ensure the safety of all the pets staying with us. We will still allow your own leashes, collars, food, medications, and bedding. Any bowls or toys will be provided by the facility.
