We want to ensure that your pet’s stay at Creature Comforts Inn is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We encourage you to come by anytime to take a tour. A member of our staff will give you a detailed tour, during which he/she will answer all your questions. You will see why Creature Comforts Inn is the “Inn Place to Be!!”
It is very important for the health of your dog or cat that they are current on all vaccinations. We want to provide the safest possible environment for your pet. We require all of our boarders and day care participants, and grooming pets to be current on all vaccines. Please bring proof of these vaccines on or before your pets’ arrival date or daycare session. You can also have your veterinarian fax your pets’ vaccine history to us at (919) 402-8050. If you would like us to contact your veterinarian please let us know when you schedule your appointment.

If your pet requires special handling or services outside of our regular boarding procedures, there will be a $5.00 per day surcharge added. (i.e. leash walking , cage aggression, extreme feeding etc..). For the safety of our staff we are unable to accommodate pets that display severe aggression or anxiety. You may bring bedding or toys with you to insure your pets’ comfort during their stay with us. We do discourage that you bring any items that may be easily chewed or torn during their visit. Creature Comforts Inn cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged items. We encourage you to bring your pets’ own food since some pets do not do well with dietary change and we want your pets’ stay to be as enjoyable as possible. We do require that all food be brought in a sealed container or Ziploc bag labeled with your pets name. All medication must be brought in the prescription bottle labeled with the appropriate dosage. We are unable to administer medications that are not in the appropriate containers. We are also unable to accept pet food not brought in the approved packaging.
A $25.00 “no show” fee will be charged to your credit card or account for failure to call and cancel your boarding reservation or grooming appointment at least 24 hours in advance. On holidays a$50.00 fee will be charged to your card or account for failure to call 72 hours in advance with your cancellation.
Check-Out Time Policy
Monday-Saturday: Standard check out time is by 12:00 PM
Sunday: Scheduled pick ups by 12:00 PM – **any pick up after that time: a full night’s stay will be charged.**
